Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided during checkout.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, ReRoot is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances outside of our reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address when placing an order.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order needs to be reshipped because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided.

Digital products are generally non-refundable once access has been provided or the product has been downloaded, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
