Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

During launches, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

 

Shipping

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated during checkout.

Once your package has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via email when available.

Please note that shipping estimates are not guaranteed.

ReRoot is not responsible for shipping delays caused by postal carriers, customs, weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.

 

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

ReRoot is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.

While we will gladly assist you in working with the shipping carrier, ReRoot cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for issues caused after a package has been accepted by the carrier.

 

Returns & Refunds

Because customer satisfaction is important to us, refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

To request assistance, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Products must generally be unused and in their original condition unless they arrived damaged or defective.

 

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital downloads are considered final sale and are not eligible for refunds once access has been provided, except where required by applicable law.
